What tools are available for managers in the admin portal?

Managers have access to the dashboard where they can see the number of Track me clicks and SOS clicks. They also receive SOS alerts from users assigned under them. They can also chat with users who reach out to them with an issue. They cannot add or edit details of users assigned under them.
