Complainants can conveniently raise complaints using the Org App, while respondents receive notices within the app and can respond accordingly.
IC members can efficiently resolve complaints using either the redressal process or the conciliation process, based on the complainant's preference.
Management can view the reports of the IC and submit the recommended course of action, ensuring swift and informed decision-making processes.
